Facilities

Everything is done from our home in Ueki, Nogata. We have a large room indoors plus a big garden, veranda and outdoor area.

There is parking for 5 cars. If you can car share it would make things easier.

David has lived in Japan for 7 years. He has lived and travelled all over the UK and worked in many different fields which brings a variety of knowledge about the UK. David is also TEFL qualified (Teaching English as a Foreign Language).

Davids interests are varied and include health, fitness, yoga, hiking, swimming in the sea, gardening, learning Japanese, DIY and spending time with family. David also writes short children’s stories in both Japanese and English which are available to students for free in PDF format.

Speaks – Japanese and fluent English

Naoko lived and worked in the UK for around 10 years where she met David. She also studied at Liverpool University and has a degree in English Literature.

Naokos interests include healthy cooking, care for the home and family, Japanese traditions and healthy living.

Uni
Age – 7
Half English and Half Japanese
Speaks Japanese and English equally

Unis main interests are cooking, eating and playing! She likes the guitar, flower arranging, gardening, arts and crafts, going to the park and watching videos.
